Homologation and inspection
Without a European Certificate of Conformity the car must be homologated individually: an engineer report, a technical file and an inspection that fails you over details nobody warned you about.

Between the transfer and the delivery there is a car that is not yet yours crossing half of Europe. Who answers if it arrives dented is settled beforehand, not after.

Buying from a German dealer is not the same as buying from a private seller, and for a Spanish company that difference is thousands of euros in intra-EU VAT.

Search and shortlist
We search the trade channels in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy. You get two or three real candidates with photos, history and the price landed in Barcelona — not the advertised one.

2-5 days
Inspection and purchase
Before any money moves, somebody sees the car. Service history, verified mileage, bodywork, and a check that it carries no outstanding finance. If something does not add up, we drop it and keep looking.

Transport to Barcelona
By truck, fully insured in transit and in our name. We tell you the day it leaves and the day it arrives.

Homologation, inspection and taxes
Technical file, registration inspection, registration tax and the municipal tax. We handle it and hand you every receipt.

Plates and delivery
Registration document in your name, plates fitted and the car delivered in Viladecans or wherever you say in mainland Spain.

A cheap imported car is usually cheap for a reason. This is what we look at before recommending you buy it.

Full history
Stamped service history, damage report and the record from the country of origin.

ECU readout cross-checked against inspections and workshop invoices. If it does not add up, we do not buy.

Checks for outstanding finance, retention of title and that the seller is entitled to sell.

What we charge
One fee, agreed before we start
We charge 3.5 % of the car price at origin, with a €900 minimum, and you know it before we search for anything. That covers the search, the inspection, arranging transport, homologation, the paperwork and delivery. Taxes and official fees are what they are and we pass them on at cost, with a receipt for each one.
If we do not find a car that matches what we agreed, you pay nothing.
Questions
What people ask before ordering
How much do I save buying abroad?
It depends on the model and the moment. On recent high-end cars the gap is usually 10 % to 20 % against the same car in Spain, with every cost and tax already paid. If in your case it does not pay off, we tell you and we stop there.
Do I have to pay anything up front?
To start searching, no. A deposit is paid once you accept a specific car, because from then on it is held with the seller and the inspection is commissioned.
What if the car arrives with a problem?
Until it is registered in your name the car is our responsibility, fully insured in transit. And what we hand over carries a 12-month mechanical warranty.
Can I pick the car myself and have you only do the paperwork?
Yes. If you have already found it, we check it, buy it, ship it and register it. The fee is the same.
How long does it really take?
Between 4 and 7 weeks. What varies most is homologation when the car has no European Certificate of Conformity.
Do you handle electric and hybrid cars?
Yes, and they often work out very well: below 120 g/km of CO2 the registration tax is 0 %.
Can I deduct the VAT through my company?
The invoice is Spanish with VAT charged, so it is deductible at the rate that applies to your use of the vehicle. We go through it with you before buying and leave the file ready for your accountant.
Will you take my current car in part exchange?
Yes, we value it and take it off the total. If you would rather sell it yourself, we can still handle the transfer.
Do you deliver outside Barcelona?
We deliver anywhere in mainland Spain. Outside Catalonia the transport cost is added and itemised in the quote.
What if I want something very specific and rare?
That is what we are best at. The more specific you are about version, colour, options and year, the faster we find it.
